Born from a love of traditional cooking and warm, genuine service, Olive & Oak offers a fresh take on Mediterranean dining, one that celebrates the lesser-known dishes, hidden recipes, and authentic flavours passed down through generations. Our roots lie in the Balkans and northern Albania, but our heart beats across the Mediterranean, from remote mountain villages to coastal cities.

This isn’t just another Turkish grill or European fusion spot — it’s something altogether more thoughtful.

What Makes Us Different

Most places offering “Mediterranean” cuisine tend to follow a narrow path – a few grilled meats, some mezze, and little else. At Olive & Oak, we’ve curated a menu that reflects the full depth and diversity of the region.

You’ll find flame-cooked meats and classics like hummus or halloumi, but also traditional dishes like Fërgesë, Tavë Dheu, and Flija, prepared with care and authenticity. These are the comfort foods of the Balkans, the rustic bakes of Albanian homes, and the stews you’d find simmering in village kitchens.

It’s Mediterranean, but not as you know it — and that’s precisely the point.
